Nope. You'll be charged according to the plan you're buying. Unlike other major HR software providers, we don't put a cap per user. Therefore, your bill will not increase exponentially as you add more users.

Yes! there is. Both the ‘Team’ and ‘Business’ plans that we offer come with a 30-day free trial. That means you use our software for free for the first month! (no, we do not ask for your credit card info for you to access the free trial).
Of course, you can. We'd be happy to allow you some extra time. Just send us an email, and we'll extend your trial.
No, you won’t. Since we didn't ask for credit card info upfront, you won't be charged until you're ready. When the trial is over, you'll no longer be able to access your Crewlix workspace. Unless you're ready, we won't proceed. Otherwise, you can cancel it at any time.
You have the absolute freedom to end your subscription at any given time. There's no minimum contract period for Crewlix. You can cancel at any time without penalty. Even if you've prepaid for a year, we'll refund you the unused months.
You only pay for what you use. Nothing more, nothing less. All packages in Crewlix offer pro-rated pricing, meaning if you add a person in the middle of your billing period, you’ll pay only half the price. For example, one user per month costs £9.99 in the Team package, if you add one person on day 15, then you’ll be charged only £4.995 for that user. However, when you are on the Business plan, you no matter how many people come and go every month, you always pay £99. The price decreases to £79 when you choose to pay annually.
